The down spout is pouring in the building.  You can see signs of excessive moisture on the door frame. Hence attracting ants in the walls. 

The excessive moisture on the paver has washed way gravel under the pavers which allows water to sip through the pavers. Thats why you see the moss in the pavers.This attacks ants to nest under the pavers.

The down spout should not be draining in the building.  

I would  put a down spout extension to keep the rain water from  draining around the foundation. 

I would seal the crack in the foundation
